2012 Patriot Bank Golf Tournament
Thursday, October 18, 2012
Windyke Country Club

Dear Friends:

Think about a nice fall day..... Thursday, October 18 to be exact. You want to be playing golf at Windyke…. helping one of our favorite charities, Page Robbins Adult Day Care Center, right? Go ahead. Schedule it... Count on it... and let us count on you!

Patriot Bank and Patriot Bank Mortgage are once again sponsoring the Patriot Bank - Patriot Bank Mortgage Golf Classic on Thursday, October 18, and again this year we'll have morning and afternoon play, and we’re looking for ladies teams and will have a separate women's division! A light breakfast, lunch and after play snacks will be provided for players and volunteers. Roadshow BMW is sponsoring our Hole in One. And in addition to the $10,000 grand prize for the Putting Contest, you’ll have the opportunity to win a Flat Screen TV! We’ll have plenty of cold beverages thanks to Bud Light, Kroger, Miller Lite and PepsiAmericas.

Morning and Afternoon Play will be scheduled on first come first served based on PAID registrations. The best deal of this event is to sponsor a hole and field a team.. all for $1000. Hole sponsorships individually are $300 and Foursomes will play for $800.

We don't nickel and dime you when you register... one putting contest entry (you can purchase more) and 2 mulligans (no more than 2 per player are allowed) are included in registration as is the driving range, complimentary food and beverages, and arguably the best Goody Bag of area tournaments sponsored by Nike Golf (typically including a shirt, cap, glove, and sleeve of balls and a variety of snacks). We’ve traditionally had some excellent silent auction items such as golf at Spring Creek & Windyke plus tons of door prizes.

Have a great day of golf and help us support the mission of Page Robbins, to provide, with dignity and respect, exceptional weekday care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of memory loss while providing much needed respite for their caregivers. Page Robbins receives no government funding and is not financed through the Alzheimer's Association or any such group. Client fees pay less than half of what it costs to operate and we must raise in excess of $400,000 each year, simply to fund the operating budget. This golf tournament is one of our major fundraisers... so please come on out and support us. You'll have a great time!

Sincerely,

Herbie Krisle
