Tournament Format

• 4 golfers per team - Golfers, you are responsible for forming your own teams. You may pay individually or as a team.
• Tee time: 12:30 p.m.
• Limited spots available, so register early before we sell out!

Your Registration Includes

Delicious lunch, beverages, snacks, greens fee, cart, driving range, 2 mulligans, 1 putting contest entry, and a special edition Page Robbins item. The tournament will be flighted with first, second, and third places in each flight. Golfers will have the chance to win a car at the Hole in One and $10,000 or a TV at the Putting Contest.

Schedule of Events

Monday, October 6 at Windyke Country Club

• Check-In:11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Buffet-style hamburgers and hot dogs served from
• Tee Time: 12:30 p.m. - Winners will be announced and prizes awarded after play is finished.
• Snacks and drinks available from 11 a.m. until play ends.

Tuesday, October 7

• If a player wasn't available to receive their prize on tournament day, they can pick up prizes beginning Tuesday, Oct. 7 at Page Robbins Adult Day Center (1961 S Houston Levee Road in Collierville).
  

If you are not able to attend or don't play golf:

• Purchase a Hole Sponsorship - $500 for an exclusive sponsorship at one of the 18 holes, and $250 for a shared hole sponsorship
  (note: multiple sponsors will be featured on shared holes)
• Donate - Your support keeps the cost of care affordable for families affected by memory loss in our community. You can learn more about Page Robbins and our mission on our website.
• Volunteer - This is a fun day, and we would be delighted for you to be a part of it! We need many volunteers to make this event a success.
